Back to Chengdu

DAY 5

We got up early today at 5 a.m. , took the bus back to the train station, then back to Chengdu, the same city we arrived in when we came to China.

In Chengdu, we visited Manjushri Monastery, built between 618 and 907. It is impressive to find such a beautiful and peaceful temple in a large, noisy city with 23 million inhabitants.
